Gate motor CAME AXO in 24V – AX3024 and AX5024

Gate motor CAME AXO 24V is available in two sizes: AX3024 and AX5024 for one-leaf gates of up to 3 and 5 meters in length respectively, which in case of double-leaf gates makes for a maximum width of 6 and 10 meters.  The modern control board ZLJ24 allows the motors to work smoothly and safely under any conditions, even when used constantly. Since the mechanical stops are built-in, you don’t need to install them.

   The installation process of the motor depends on the type of the pillar.

3. Control board CAME ZLJ24 with a display. You can find specific information about its functions here.
4. External antenna increases radio coverage of the receiver and can be installed on the warning light.
5. LED warning light comes in two versions: classic KIARO and modern DADOO.
6. Digital keypad: 1- or 2-channel wire modules S6001, S6002, S7001, S7002 either in surface or flush mounted version. The motor is also compatible with S9000 wireless digital keypad. There is a possibility of installing these accessories on the pillar.
7. Key switch SET-E (surface mounted) and SET-I (flush mounted). There is a possibility of installing these accessories on the pillar.
8. First line of phototubes (Delta-E and Delta-I) protects users when the gate is closing. They are installed directly on brick pillars or on mounting components at a height of 30-40 cm above the ground. It is possible to programthe functions of each line of phototubes in the control board.
9. Second line of phototubes (Delta-E and Delta-I) protects users when the gate is opening. Usually, they are installed on aluminium posts.
10. Third line of phototubes is a solution which secures the whole range of motion of the leaf. If you decide on such a solution, all 3 lines of phototubes have to be from the DBC set.
11. Aluminium posts are used to install the second and the third line of the photocells as well as the access control accessories DOC-L.
12. Electronic lock is a device installed in the lower part of the gate. It is especially recommended for paneled gates used in areas frequeted by wind gusts. It’s a mandatory accessory for swing gates with leaves longer than 3 meters, because they are prone to high stress. Electronic lock is used combined with the mechanical stop in the case of double-leaf gates. In case of one-leaf gates, it is installed on the pillar.
13. Battery power module with batteries included in a compact casing similar to the casing of the control board.
14. Cable types
    Before installing the motors, control board and its accessories, one has to choose appropriate cables. They should be suited for underground use and their length should match the length of the electrical installation. The recommended depth for the powering cables is 70cm. Warning foil should be placed a dozen or so cm above the cables. Should the cables be located higher than 70cm below ground, it is recommended that they are guided in special cable pipes. Apart from that, a documentation should be made in order to prevent any future problems. The table below shows which cables to choose when installing a given accessory.
